Liability of assigning one's self the 2 am to 8 am DPW Dispatch shift is not maintaining standard daily Burning Man B151 intake levels. Been on the playa since the 8th, four cases of 24 oz Cokes gone (or was it five...), three more cases in inventory (stacked in my trailer bathroom, seems appropriate somehow). Number of fifths consumed/shared is a bit blurry but I think it's around five or six. On the other hand, working this shift DOES present the possibility of an early start at catching up. But since it's a tad after five in the morning and I'm huddled over the Dispatch center's eensie weensie space heater and I just finished a can of RockStar I'm 'specting the day's assault will wait 'til after nappage. Still, it's good to have goals, ain't it?
Raise a glass whenever it strikes ya ~ on playa or off ~ for are we not a nifty chosen family?!

Is the image just a tad blurry cuz he nipped off a separate pint before, during - and knowing him probably after - the photo session?
